Chris is the former Head of Creativity & Innovation at Disney and the founder of Imaginology. With a background in art, design, storytelling, and innovation, he has spent 20 years shaping brand worlds, story-driven products, and experiences for some of the world’s most valuable brands and franchises. He has also trained leaders and teams around the world in design thinking, collaboration, and creative problem solving.
Chris believes the cost of the wrong idea is rarely the idea itself. It is the talent, time, trust, and momentum lost building the wrong thing. Today, through Imaginology, he helps leaders responsible for brand, product, experience, and innovation make sure the right idea wins through world-building strategy, story-driven products and experiences, and fast, focused sprints that create true agreement, proof, and momentum.
